Early Life and Background
Adebola Akinola was born into a family of four, comprising three females and one male. She was raised in a Muslim household but later embraced Christianity following a life-transforming conversion in 2005 through the influence of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Her spiritual journey continued to deepen, and by 2007 she became an active member of a Baptist church, where she served in The Voice of Glory Choir. This experience helped nurture her passion for gospel music and ministry.
Education
Adebola Akinola began her academic journey in Ikotun, Lagos State, Nigeria, where she completed her primary education.
She later attended Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, where she studied Music Education, building a strong foundation in musical knowledge and technical skill. Driven by a passion for academic excellence, she proceeded to Kwara State University, Malete, Kwara State, where she studied Library and Information Science and graduated with distinction.
Music Ministry and Career
Adebola Akinola’s passion for gospel music is rooted in her calling to minister through song. From an early age, she discovered her gift for singing and has since dedicated her voice to spreading messages of hope, faith, and salvation.

In April 2022, Adebola Akinola released her debut gospel single, “Wonderful God,” a spirit-filled worship song that emphasizes God’s greatness and faithfulness. The song was initially released on Boomplay, where it gained thousands of streams.
Due to popular demand, “Wonderful God” was re-released in January 2026 on all major streaming platforms, expanding its reach to a global audience.

Adebola Akinola is currently working on a new gospel single titled “Mighty God,” continuing her mission of expressing deep reverence and worship through music.
